INTERNAL INFORMATION CHANNEL (COMPLAINTING CHANNEL)
In compliance with Law 2/2023, on the protection of whistleblowers and the fight against corruption, CASA DANI provides this Internal Reporting Channel to employees, collaborators, and third parties.
This channel allows for the confidential reporting, without risk of retaliation, of any actions or conduct that may be contrary to the law or the company's internal regulations.
Information may be sent and in-person meetings requested by the whistleblower.
Those responsible for the internal information system guarantee the protection of the informant's identity and the proper processing of communications.
Receipt of the communication will be acknowledged within a maximum of 7 days, and a response regarding the outcome will be provided within a maximum of 3 months.
