CASA DANI’s Cocido Madrileño: authentic tradition in three servings

If there’s one dish that represents the essence of Madrid’s cuisine, it’s Cocido Madrileño. Our cocido, made with top-quality ingredients and slow-cooked to perfection, is the star dish of cold winter days.

Following Madrid’s culinary tradition, we serve our cocido in three separate servings to fully appreciate its rich flavors:

🍖 Third serving: The selection of meats, including beef, pork belly, chorizo, and morcilla (blood sausage), all served with a generous drizzle of olive oil—the final touch to this gastronomic experience that pays tribute to our beloved Madrid cuisine.
